As churches grow, so does the need for Bibles; members of a church that native Christian workers recently visited were overjoyed to receive copies. Workers speaking at the worship service in their village led six people to faith in Christ. “We gave the Bible to the chief as well, who gave his heart to the Lord right there at the service, and he was very happy and promised to attend that church,” the ministry leader said. “He told me later that he will tell other village headmen to follow Jesus.” Workers need donations of $50 or $100 to share the gospel and disciple new Christians. Pray the Lord will open hearts to hear His Word and draw many to Christ.
“And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
