Recognizing the importance of discipleship to both men and women, a native ministry has worked hard to organize groups and events specifically targeting the spiritual needs of local believers. Ministry workers led a men’s study called “Every Man is a Fighter” that helped train Christian men how to serve in different ministries; a widow’s ministry enabled 22 local widows to fellowship together and learn how to be involved in the church; and approximately 50 women attended a recent event called “The Role of Women in the Church.” Donations of $25 or $50 help support such needs in the country. Pray for believers to be encouraged and strengthened in their faith.
